    HI! Transferring between two resorts -- I read that Disney will transfer luggage and any purchased groceries. Will they transfer alcohol too? What about groceries that need to be kept cold?

    Howdy Meagan!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Thanks for returning to ask another question about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.  I hope you are having a blast planning out your trip.  I think planning a Disney vacation is half the fun.

    Yes, if you are transferring between Disney Resort hotels, Bell Services will make sure your luggage and any groceries you have are transferred for you.  My family often does split stays between moderate and deluxe Resorts and we always have luggage and groceries.   Simply call Bell Services when you are ready to transfer your belongings and they will come to your room and tag what you want transferred with luggage tags.   I often keep my grocery bags and pack all the cold items in one so Bell Services knows to refrigerate those items.   I have even transferred alcohol as well.  I had it packaged in a cooler and in grocery bags.   When you arrive at your new Resort let them know you have luggage  and groceries being transferred from another Resort and they will bring the items to the room for you.   Keep in mind the luggage transfer does not happen until later in the afternoon so keep a small bag of anything you will need during the day.
