Hiya, Clare!
Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney. Clare, as a Disney Vacation Club Member for the last 22 years, one of my favorite features of Membership is the flexibility. With Disney Vacation Club's partnership with Interval International, Disney Vacation Club can show you the world.
Clare, to look into where you can use your Disney Vacation Club Points through
Interval International, you can follow these steps. First, go to the Disney Vacation Club website. Scroll to the "Destinations" tab on the menu bar and under "The World Collection" you will see "Vacation Exchanges" or "Hotel Exchanges." You can click on either to explore exchange options, but if you specifically want to use your Vacation Points at a Worldwide hotel, then select
"Hotel Exchanges." Click the button that says "Book With Interval Online," then log in using your DVC log-in information, and you can begin to explore the opportunities for where you can use your Vacation Points.
Once Disney Vacation Club Points have been transferred to Interval International, they can't be converted back to Disney Vacation Club Points. They can only be used within Interval International.
For your specific question and account, I recommend calling
Disney Vacation Club Member Services. They would be able to help you navigate where you have transferred your Vacation Points and how you can use them. If you are having trouble using them, they would be able to look into this for you or help you make a booking using those transferred Vacation Points. You may also find this
buyer's guide helpful to review.
I hope this helps you, Clare! If you have any further Disney Vacation Club questions, stop back here to see me and I'll be so happy to help you.
Have fun exploring a whole new world!
Keri
