Hiya Carlos,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us!
There’s no better place to spend the most wonderful time of year than at the
Happiest Place on Earth! The Holiday season brings hand-pulled candy canes, themed entertainment, and more. It’s a very merry celebration indeed!
The Holiday season officially begins on November 15, 2024 (subject to change). Now, according to the
Disneyland Resort Theme Park Ticket policy on the tickets page, tickets are nontransferable (and nonrefundable) once purchased. However, in the spirit of the holidays, you are welcome to “gift” a
theme park ticket to a family member! When purchasing the theme park ticket, you'll have the option of entering your recipient's name on the ticket as well as their email address to send the ticket to their MyDisney account. If you purchase the ticket in advance and want to gift it later, you'll have to link the ticket to your recipient's MyDisney account. This can be done on the Disneyland website under "My Disneyland" and "Link Tickets."
If that seems a bit overwhelming, I recommend purchasing a
Disney Gift Card and gifting that, since this gift card can be used to buy theme park tickets! And don’t forget to get a ticket for yourself so you can have yourself a merry little visit to the Disneyland Resort this holiday season!
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
