Hi Francia,
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your Disney Cruise Line planning question!
With so many great Authorized Disney Vacation Planners out there, it is nice to have someone assisting with the details of your vacation. If you already have a reservation or you booked an Onboard Booking Offer placeholder reservation on your last cruise, there are a couple of ways to transfer your reservation to your travel agent:
- You may contact your travel agent with your reservation number and ask the agent to initiate the transfer. OR
- You may complete the Booking Transfer Authorization Form and return it (by email, fax or postal mail).
Francia, as long as your reservation has not been paid in full or was made within 30 days of the transfer request, you should be able to transfer it to your travel agent. So, like Cinderella's night at the ball, time is of the essence! In the future, when making a placeholder reservation, you may simplify the process by assigning your reservation to your travel agent at the time of booking.
I'm thrilled you have another Disney Cruise on the horizon! I hope you have discovered the amazing new ships,
Disney Treasure,
Disney Destiny, and
Disney Adventure, and
itineraries sailing away this coming year and beyond. There is so much to look forward to in the New Year! Stop by planDisney again as you plan your next vacation; we are happy to help.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
