Hey Erika!
Thanks for sailing by. We're so happy to "sea" you at planDisney today.
I'm excited to hear all about the sailings from Port Everglades Terminal, Disney Cruise Line's second home port in
Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While
Disney Dream is set to kick off the sailings from Port Everglades in November, I took a quick look at the May 2024 schedule and believe you'll be sailing on a 4-night Bahamian itinerary on
Disney Magic. I have yet to experience Disney Magic for myself, but as a big fan of
Tangled, I hope I'll get to live my dream and experience
Rapunzel's Royal Table onboard soon.
Ground Transportation will be available between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades, but unfortunately, pricing information has not been released at this time. If you'd like to add a private airport transfer to your reservation you
can contact Disney Cruise Line and Embarkation Guest Services will reach out to you with additional information as it becomes available.
I know I personally like to have all my ducks (or should I say Snuggly Ducklings) in a row as early as possible so I can understand wanting to plan ahead. If for some reason the 2024 pricing information isn't available once the November 2023 itineraries begin, you can always look into taxi or ride-share services from the airport as well. Port Everglades is about 4 miles, or approximately 15 minutes by car, from the airport so it shouldn't be a long trip.
Erika, I'm sorry I wasn't able to share more specific pricing details but we're happy to answer any other questions you might have as you prepare for your
Disney Cruise Line vacation.
Wishing you magic and memories,
Amy
