    Trader Sam's Grog Grotto sounds like an awesome place to relax a bit on arrival day. I notice a number of the non-alcoholic drinks contain "Sam's Gorilla Grog". What's that? Food and sugar sensitivities mean we need to be careful.

    Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great planning question about Trader Sam's Grog Grotto, one of the most fun locations on property at Walt Disney World Resort for a drink!

    The recipes that are used for many Walt Disney World Resort food and beverage items are not readily available, but I recommend that with several food and sugar sensitivities, as you mentioned, you might be better off contacting Special Dietary Requests to see what will work for your family. That will take all of the stress off of the situation because you can then enjoy the selections without worrying about adverse health consequences.
