shopping at Walt Disney World Resort was a sport, I would undoubtedly be on the winning team. I love bringing some of the magic home with me, especially glassware like mugs where I sip my tea every morning and think about the enchanting time I had on vacation. However, my suitcase can only carry so much! Thanks to
Walt Disney World Resort being able to ship many of my purchases home, I feel like Timon and Pumba as they sing Hakuna Matata while I shop away! This is especially something I take advantage of when buying anything fragile like mugs because their packaging is much more secure than mine!
Billy, I understand entirely how exciting it is to receive your souvenirs from The Most Magical Place on Earth. You’ll need to call a Cast Member at
Merchandise Guest Services to get the tracking information. On this page, you will see three phone numbers listed; you’ll want to call the one listed with the email next to it.
Cast Members at Merchandise Guest Services are available Monday through Friday from 9 AM-5 PM EST or by email at Merchandise.guestservices@disneyparks.com. Please have the yellow form with you as you call because the Cast Member will need some of the information listed on it to pull up tracking information.
Typically, when my order is set to be delivered, I’ll receive an email from UPS letting me know my scheduled delivery date; I hope that’s the case for you, as well.
