Welcome to planDisney, Sian! It sounds like you recently visited
Walt Disney World Resort, so I hope the "Disney Blues" haven't set in. Leaving Mickey is one of the hardest goodbyes, right? But I suspect you purchased some fabulous souvenirs and had them shipped across the pond; magical mail should cheer you up! Let's look at how you can track the progress of your treasures.
Most merchandise locations
offer shipping, which is an excellent option for guests traveling by plane, as it can help avoid extra baggage fees. When you purchased your items, you should have received a receipt, typically a yellow sheet of paper. And while this receipt may not include a tracking number, it does have information that will help locate your package.
With that receipt in hand, you can call or email
Merchandise Guest Services. I know international phone charges can be expensive, so I recommend emailing them at Merchandise.guestservices@disneyparks.com to get started.
Make sure to include the purchase date and location, along with any order or confirmation numbers you see on your receipt. My tip is to snap a photo of the receipt and attach it to your email. The friendly Cast Members will reach back out if they need additional information and will provide the carrier and tracking number so you can keep an eye on your goodies!
Keep in mind that international shipping can take a little time, but I'm sure it will be worth the wait! I'm sprinkling pixie dust and postage stamps for a speedy arrival.
I've found that the best cure for the post-vacation blahs is to book another adventure. The
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is coming up in early 2027 and would be a wonderful time to return. Last year, I got to chat with the voice of Mickey Mouse at his art booth; talk about an "OH, BOY" moment!
Sian, I hope you're able to track your package and receive it soon. Please stop by
planDisney anytime; no postage required!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
