Hi Denise, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you recently got back from a
Disney World vacation. The post-Disney blues aren’t fun, but I usually combat them by listening to Disney music, eating any Mickey-shaped treats I brought home, and booking my next trip!
Now let’s find your daughter’s goodies! I’d recommend contacting
Merchandise Guest Services and referencing the tracking number on your receipt. That’s an internal reference number that’ll help the Cast Member pull up your shipment tracking number and carrier (e.g., Fedex or UPS). You can then use that tracking number on the carrier’s website to see where the package is currently and the estimated delivery date.
And here’s a Disney merchandise tip for your next visit! On your last day, if you find yourself with too many goodies to fit in your luggage (this has happened to me on more than one occasion!), you can take everything to your resort hotel’s gift shop and pay one price to ship your items home together—even if you bought them at different stores. Just hang on to the receipts to make the process easier. This works for most merchandise from stores owned by Disney but generally doesn’t apply to items purchased from third-party companies, like some of the stores at
Disney Springs.
Happy shopping! If you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at
planDisney.
