Hey howdy hey, Anouska! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for rounding up a great question for us. I sure hope you have planned lots of time away from the parks during your vacation!
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is full of rip roarin' fun with so many activities to be explored. Be sure to stop by Tri-Circle-D Ranch for pony rides. The Bike Barn not only has bike rentals for exploring the wilderness trails, but also
archery lessons. My family loves the
wagon rides offered each evening, especially when they have Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long to look forward to just before the night's
Movie Under the Stars.
When you are not off exploring your resort, your cabin will offer so many of the comforts of home. All guest rooms, including the cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, are supplied with towels, hand towels, washcloths, and basic toiletries. In my experience, I have found two towels per the maximum number of guests allowed in each guest room, no matter how many guests are actually in the room. Since the cabins sleep up to six guests, then you should find twelve towels in your cabin. No worries if you do actually need more than this. Simply use your in-room phone to call Mousekeeping and ask for more towels.
In case you do plan to have a splashtastic day in the resort's pool, you will find plenty of complimentary towels at the pool. No need to bring any from your cabin! You will also find plenty of life vests at the pool, should anyone in your cabin need one as they take a dip. They come in plenty of sizes to fit kids young and old.
Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
