Are there any tours that will get us up close to animals, specifically elephants? I'm looking for a tour for my husband and I for our anniversary and elephants are my favorite animals!

    Hi Amy,

There is a fact about elephants which states,"Elephants love reunions. They recognize one another after years and years of separation and greet each other with wild, boisterous joy. There's bellowing and trumpeting, ear flapping and rubbing. Trunks entwine.” This says a lot about why they are a beloved species.  Disney does offer the Wild Africa Trek which allows guests to enjoy a close encounter with the exotic African wildlife that resides in Disney's Animal Kingdom.  Valid park admission and advanced reservations are required. I have not done the tour myself, but I have heard rave reviews from those that have.  Please read the "Know Before You Go" section as it offers some additional  information about the physical requirements to fully enjoy this adventure.

    Have a magical vacation!
