We are touring Disney in November and I am interested in the dining plan, but I don't want to buy for the enitre trip. Can I buy just one days worth for each member of my family? Thank you for this site, I love it!

Unfortunately no. The Disney Dining Plan must be purchased for everyone staying in your room for the entire length of your stay. It is possible that you could make your trip under two sets of reservations. One small reservation with the Dining Plan, and a larger reservation without. But of course then there is the danger that you might not have the exact same hotel availability or you might have to switch rooms mid-trip. Personally, I wouldn't bother with the Dining Plan for just one day. If you don't overeat, it's certainly possible to keep your dining costs down even when you're paying a la carte.
