I totally went wrong when linking my tickets to my MDE. I wanted to link them to my son account instead of me. Could you HELP me PLEASE by de-linking our tickets so we could start again from the beginning ? He would be the only one to manage the tickets

    Hi Alexandra,

Welcome to planDisney! How exciting that your family is planning an incredible Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I’m sending pixie dust that it will be a magic-filled time that is full of special moments to cherish for years to come!

I’m happy to let you know that there’s an easy peasy way to switch the tickets to the correct Mouseketeers. As long as your tickets are completely unused, they may be transferred to any other Guests on your Family & Friends list. You’ll simply want to make sure that you’re linked together, then you’ll be able to find your ticket within your account and click “Reassign Ticket.” Once you choose the correct person, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! That’s all you’ll need to do. If you happen to have any trouble, please don’t hesitate to reach out to a friendly Cast Member for assistance. Once your tickets are all straightened out, please don’t forget to make your Disney Park Pass reservations, then enjoy counting down the days until the magic and fun begin!

Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney, Alexandra, and feel free to come see us again with any other questions you may have. I hope your family has a truly magical vacation!
