    a total of 6 ladies will be traveling to walt disney world in late february or early march 2016. Since we are staying on property, is it possible to set up our own credit cards to our own magic bands? An we are on the dining plan how do we tip

    Hi Samantha!

    Aren't girls only trips so much fun?  I have one planned in just a few weeks myself and I am too excited to sleep already.   I can't wait to explore the Most Magical Place on Earth with some of my most magical friends.   

    Yes, you will all be able to link your own credit cards to your MagicBands once you arrive at Walt Disney World.   In February I stayed with 3 other friends and we each linked our personal credit cards for charging. Even though we were staying in the same Guest room and were on the same dining plan we were each able to have separate bills.  You will just need to check-in with a Cast Member at the front desk of your Resort to set this up.   

    As for dining reservations.   Parties of 6 or more who dine together at Table-Service restaurants will be charged an automatic 18% gratuity.   You can choose to take turns paying this if you all opt for one check, or you can have the checks separated and you each pay 18% on the items you ordered.   Servers are very accustomed to dividing checks, just let them know when you sit down to eat how you would like it divided.  It will not be a problem at all.
