    I took my friend to Disney on Saturday july 6th. I was able to get her a discounted one day ticket for a park hopper. Is she able to go to guest relations and upgrade that ticket to a annual pass and pay the difference of the remaining down payment?

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You sound like a truly magical friend to not only help your friend with a discounted ticket, but also assisting her in attempting to upgrade to an Annual Pass!

    To be able to upgrade a ticket to an Annual Pass, the ticket must have remaining admission days. As no more admissions exist on your friends Single Day Ticket, unfortunately it can not be modified or upgraded. If your friend is able to visit again, please have her upgrade either on the day of admittance or if she buys a Multi Day Ticket, at a time when the ticket is still active. Please note, when upgrading a ticket, that only the value paid for the ticket will be upgraded. This means if it was a promotional ticket or discounted in any way, the Guest will only receive that value towards an Annual Pass. Guests may upgrade their ticket at any Walt Disney World Resort ticket window or Guest Relations location.
