We just took our first cruise and are eager to go again. We booked a placeholder for TWO rooms while on the boat, but our confirmation only shows one room. Am I not able to book for two rooms?

    Ahoy April!

Thank you for cruising by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so happy to hear that you had such an amazing time with Captain Mickey you are already planning your next adventure!  My family always books our next cruise each time we sail as well.  We miss all of the magic as soon as we debark the ship!

Each household is able to book two placeholders for a future cruise while onboard.  If you made a reservation that included two staterooms, but only see one stateroom reflected on your reservation, I would recommend you contact Disney Cruise Line to review your booking.  Be sure to check for reservations under all adults in your stateroom as your second stateroom may be listed under another adult guest who is sailing with you.

Now that you have completed your first cruise, I can welcome you to the club made for you and me, Disney Cruise Line's Castaway Club!  What a perfect time to have joined this club and have a placeholder ready to book your next Disney Cruise Line vacation.  One of the many benefits of being a returning guest of Captain Mickey is early access to new itineraries!  Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all things Disney Cruise Line, including new itineraries for the summer of 2021, which should be released soon!

Sail back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel for help planning your next high seas adventure, April!  We love to help you chart a course toward another epic vacation for you and your family!

I hope to "sea" you again real soon!  Angie
