    when will the Tomorrowland's Dessert Party be released for October 2011

    Reservations can already be made for the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party for October. Disney is currently accepting reservations through the end of November 2011.

    The last time I checked, it appeared as though October was already completely booked, but you can always continue checking for cancellations. Visit the Dessert Party reservations page to search for availability. You can also call 407-WDW-DINE to speak to a reservations agent directly - perhaps they would be able to help you find a suitable date or alternative.
