    Is the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party offered on days that the electrical parade doesn't run??

    Yes, the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party is offered on the evenings that Wishes, the evening fireworks show is performed.  It is a very popular event and reservations are needed to attend.  I have linked you with the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party page on the Disney website so that you can make a reservation.  Click here to visit this site.
