I have been told that WDW has changed their policy on allowing outside food and drink in. Can you please specify what is allowed in?

There have been no recent policy changes that I am aware of. You are welcome to bring outside food and beverages into the parks. I have done this myself many times. When my kids were smaller and had very specific preferences, I always brought bags of their favorite snacks with me into the parks. Even now I generally bring a bottle of water or soda from the hotel with me into the parks. Many guests with food allergies pack their own food, as well as guests trying to economize.

There are no restrictions about what foods come into the parks. However, you cannot bring glass containers with you (other than baby food jars, which are acceptable) or alcoholic beverages. I have been through Disney park security bag check thousands of times. The only item I've ever personally seen confiscated at the bag check was a glass bottle of beer. This was a no-go on two counts.

You also cannot bring coolers with wheels into the parks. As long as you avoid these items, you'll be fine.

    Have a great trip!
