I was told to tell someone at the resort about how my daughter has allergy asthma as soon as I get there. Is there something that will assist with her?

    Hi Nancy,

I am not sure what is are asking about but let me try and point you in the right direction.

You can request your room be specially cleaned if you or someone in your party has severe allergies. This means extra time on the linens, curtains and floors.

This request is generally made upon making your reservations. I would also confirm this request during your online check-in as well as making a call to your resort about one week out. This will allow housekeeping to prepare for your arrival.

Other than this, Disney is smoke-free in the resorts.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
