I was told to pick up my tickets at will call at the ticket and transportation center. Is this easy to find once I get there, and should I expect a long line? Thank!

    Hi Hollee,

The Will Call windows at the Transportation and Ticket Center are centrally located. They're at one end of the large line of ticket windows and there are several signs pointing to the correct area. You shouldn't have any trouble finding them, but if you have issues just ask any cast member to point you in the right direction. If you'd like to see a map and photos of the area, visit the independent website TouringPlans.com. As for lines, it really depends on when you're visiting. I have rarely seen lines more than two or three people deep at the Will Call booths at the TTC - usually this is a wait of five minutes or less. However, if you're visiting during one of Disney's peak times (Christmas week, July 4th) then the wait could be significantly more substantial. My advice is to arrive as early as you possibly can to minimize the wait. You should also be aware that there are Will Call windows just outside all the theme parks in addition to the TTC. You can pick up your tickets at any of these locations as well.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
