Good Journey, Jeff! I'm so glad that you traveled to a galaxy far, far away to bring this great question to us at planDisney! The Force is strong with you.
I hear you're looking to book a voyage on the
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser and I would love to help! I was fortunate enough to experience the Halcyon starcruiser a few months ago and I can tell you that you're in for a truly out-of-this-world experience. This is your chance to become the main character in your own Star Wars story! But before we can get you into that launch pod and blast you off into outer space, we need to make sure you're able to book your reservation. Let's go!
Jeff, I'm happy to let you know that you are, indeed, able to use PayPal to purchase your reservation for the
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser! Since these reservations are booked with a Galactic Starcruiser Specialist over the phone, that is likely the reason why you're not seeing this option available online. Here are my best tips for getting started:
- Check out the Start Planning page! You'll be able to see the Available Voyage Dates which can help you to plan your galactic voyage. Once you click on an available date, you'll be prompted to call (407) 939-1800 to confirm availability and book your voyage.
- Once your voyage is booked, head to the Prepare for Launch page. This will tell you everything you need to know as you prepare for your Star Wars adventure! This includes linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience account, completing online check-in, downloading the Play Disney Parks app to your datapad (also known as your "phone"), reserving some amazing additional activities, and perhaps the most important part - planning what to wear!
- As you put the finishing touches on your upcoming voyage, take a peek at the Frequently Asked Questions page! This will help to answer any questions you may have as you prepare to cruise among the stars.
Jeff, I have a few more recommendations for you after you've booked your travels! First, I'd suggest booking an earlier check-in time if possible (1:00 PM is the earliest you can board). This way, you'll be able to have a little extra time to explore the ship and enjoy a lunch buffet of galactic grub in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room! If you're looking to make the most out of your own Star Wars story, make sure that you spend some of your extra free time in the Atrium. This is the best place to meet interesting characters, have intriguing conversations, and you may even be asked to help on a secret mission. But here's my best piece of advice: Jeff, don't wait for the story to come to you! Just exploring the ship, introducing yourself to a Crew Member, or asking a character, "How can I help?" can open up a whole world of opportunities!
As they say on the Halcyon starcruiser, "Ba ma' shay!" May you journey boldly! And if you have any other questions about the
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, don't hesitate to
reach out to me again. May the Force be with you!
Clear skies!
