    I was told by a Galactic Starcruiser cast member that my quick service vouchers would be loaded to my Disney Experience or Disney Play app before we board next week. I looked in the app and could not find it. Where do I find the vouchers?

    It sounds like you're headed to a galaxy far, far away very soon and I'm honored to help you prepare for your upcoming voyage on the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser! Wendy, I've recently been able to have my own adventure on the Halcyon Starcruiser this past February and I can tell you that you're in for an out-of-this-world experience. I'm happy to help you with any questions you may have!

    You will have an opportunity for an excursion on Batuu during your stay on the Starcruiser (conveniently located in Disney's Hollywood Studios, as you call it on your home planet of Earth). During this excursion, you'll want to make sure to refuel as you continue your Star Wars adventure! You will have the opportunity to use your quick service vouchers that are loaded on your My Disney Experience app for either Ronto Roasters or Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. But never fear! These vouchers may not appear until you get closer to the date of your voyage. You will be able to view them on your My Disney Experience app under Future Plans for the day you travel to Batuu.

    If you reach the start of your voyage and still have not seen these vouchers, you will be able to speak to Passenger Services on the Halcyon who will be able to quickly and efficiently upload these to your datapad (also known as a "phone" on your planet). In fact, if you have any questions or needs at ALL, Passenger Services will be more than happy to help! When I visited Batuu and was ready to order my meal, I simply walked up to the counter and ordered my meal at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, where the Cast Member was able to scan my databand ("magicband") to use those vouchers. (If you do decide to head to Docking Bay 7, I highly recommend the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread and the Pirjanad Hot Chicken Tip Yip - trust me!)

    Wendy, I have a few other tips for you! While on board, consider spending some of your extra time in the Atrium if you'd like to make the most of your personal Star Wars story. And don't wait for the story to come to you - feel free to introduce yourself to the Crew Members! Sometimes, just by telling them your name or asking certain characters, "How can I help?" can open a whole new world of opportunities. Explore the Sublight Lounge for galactic libations and curious entertainment.
