I have been told that Disney no longer provides transportation to the parks from the Swan/Dolphin/and soon to be Swan Reserve. Their website indicates otherwise. Can you please clarify the correct information for me please?

Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel have unique features and wonderful benefits like hotels in the Disney Resort Collection. One of the advantages to staying at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is complimentary transportation to the parks. I spoke to a Cast Member and he assured me both hotels are still providing bus transportation to the theme parks and back to the hotels.
