I was told to call the resort directly to request room assignment  even tho I already requested it on during my online check in. Is two weeks before a good time.? And I want to request to be the flag family at Wilderness lodge one morning we're there.

    Hi, Joseph!

If you've already made a room request during your online check-in process, there's no need to phone your resort. Your request will already have been entered into the system and noted on your reservation. However, if you have specific requests beyond the available options listed during online check-in, then you may certainly call 407-939-7211 to speak with a Reservations Cast Member.

The most recent information I have received is that specific rooms are typically assigned the evening prior to or on the day of arrival. Please be aware that room requests are not guaranteed; however, the room assignors will do their absolute best to accommodate you, based on availability and other factors.

When you arrive at Wilderness Lodge to check in, you can speak with a Cast Member to let them know of your wish to be chosen as the Flag Family one morning during your stay. You cannot make this request prior to arrival. Many Guests of Wilderness Lodge would like to participate in this experience, so I'm sending some extra pixie dust your way for your family to enjoy some of the magic.

Enjoy your stay at Wilderness Lodge, Joseph - it's a wonderfully themed and serene resort. And be sure to stop by the Whispering Canyon Cafe for a very fun and unique family dining experience!
