Hello Marni! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Isn't a visit to
Walt Disney World Resort with children the absolute best? I feel like even though it's busy, my kids are always happy while were staying there, making it a vacation we take over and over (and over!) again! We've been taking our oldest, who just turned 12, since she was a baby, and even as our family grows we still tend to find that some of our happiest memories stem from these magical vacations.
Most
Disney Resorts Collection hotel rooms come with many amenities such as a hairdryer, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator, and all of them will provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The H20+ brand that is found in these Resorts smells delicious and leaves my hair feeling clean and soft. Did you know you can even purchase these products on
shopdisney.com so you can imagine you're at Walt Disney World every time you shower?!
While the products are great for adults, and we've never had a problem with them for our children, they do not specify whether they are tear-free or not, leading me to believe they are not. It is noted, however, that they are formulated without mineral oils, parabens and phthalates.
Because of the nature of children's delicate skin, my family and I often choose to bring a travel-sized bottle of the baby shampoo and body wash that we are currently using at home. It's one tiny extra to pack for the piece of mind that no one will react to a new product.
Once you've taken care of bath time, make sure to head to
Magic Kingdom with your little ones! Some of our favorite attractions are
Peter Pan's Flight and
"it's a small world". I love to see how my children first react as babies, and then the excitement that they show for these rides on our consecutive visits!
Enjoy your stay!
