Ahoy there, Nathalie,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm glad you brought your question to us. I can certainly understand your desire to keep your little one well-rested. I always find that the fresh sea air and all the excitement leads amazing sleep aboard Disney Cruise Line.
Before you consider alternative dining options, I recommend that you
contact Disney Cruise Line and see if it is possible to be added to the waitlist or, hopefully, availability for the first
Rotational Dining seating. If there is no space available now, you can continue checking on the Disney Cruise Line website. Under the Already Booked tab, select
My Reservations and select Dining. There you will see which seating you've been assigned. If you see an option to Change Seating, select it. If the option does not appear, then the first seating continues to be full. You can also check dining availability in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app under your Reservation. Availability can change, so continue to check.
If you are unable to change your seating before your cruise, there is another option. As soon as you board the ship, open your Navigator app to find the location where dining changes are being made and head that way. There are no guarantees, but the Crew Members will do their best to honor your request. You can inquire there if you can bring food back to your stateroom from the rotational dining venues. I've brought items from these venues to a traveling companion who wasn't feeling well, but I don't know if this was an exception.
Nathalie, another option is to order
In-Room Dining, which includes many delicious complimentary options.
Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods on Deck 11 also offers dinner on the
Disney Wish.
I'm hopeful that you will be able to enjoy your dinner and keep your little one on schedule. Please let us know if you have other questions!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
