    Today i has to fly to Disney with all my family but my second son was positive to COVID. So We are at home. Y. Would like to change the date of the tickets for Disney’s Parks. Could y? How?

    Thank you for visiting us here at planDisney! Oh no! I am so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your trip. But the silver lining is that you can now plan for another trip soon! There are so many exciting things on the horizon for Walt Disney World this year! Primarily, it is the 50th Anniversary Celebration! The parks and resorts are celebrating as well, offering guests themed dining experiences and snacks, and new and exciting entertainment such as Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT Harmonious. My family is eagerly awaiting the opening of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser this March.  Guests with confirmed voyages get to experience a two-day immersive adventure, complete with activities and personalized itineraries geared to a full Star Wars experience. Let's not forget Guardians of Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, slated to open this summer at EPCOT. One of the longest indoor rollercoasters in the world, this attraction takes guests on a quest across the cosmos! 

    Unfortunately, you will need to postpone your trip just a bit longer until your family is fully healthy and safe to travel. Rest assured you will not lose the value of the tickets that you have purchased.  If you purchased your tickets through Walt Disney World, your best option is to speak with Guest Services who will be able to assist you in moving your tickets to a future date. Bear in mind that there may be an upcharge in cost, as ticket pricing is based on dates and seasons. Also of note, international charges apply for phone calls to Guest Services from countries outside of the United States. If you booked your tickets with a travel agent in your home country, you will need to reach out to them to make the modifications on your behalf.
