Today is 180 days from arrival for us, I called to make resv. but they are no longer taking resv. past Jun 19, we check in Jun 20. They can't til the new dining system is up and suggest I call once a week. Should I call everyday?

    Hi Julie,

There have been some recent changes to the dining reservation system so I can understand the confusion. The system was undergoing some upgrading and in turn has been switched to a ninety day time frame instead of the previous one hundred and eighty days.

As of December 23, 2008, all dining reservations are being taken ninety days prior to the dining date. Any reservations previously made are being honored. If my math is correct, an arrival date of June 20, 2009 would mean that you can start calling on March 22, 2009 to make your dining choices. Remember if you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort, you may make all your dining reservations (for up to a ten day stay) at one time on the first day you can call. Good luck with your call.

    Best,
    Margaret
