Hours & Events Calendar which is a great resource for information about park operating hours, scheduled showtimes, and planned refurbishments. While I'm not seeing Pirates of the Caribbean currently listed for refurbishment on the dates you mentioned, these schedules are subject to change so it would be worth checking this page on the days leading up to your visit. Guests can also view the specific attraction's operating hours directly on the
Pirates of the Caribbean page, by toggling the calendar to your preferred date.
Similarly, you can view the operating hours for
Blue Bayou Restaurant which appears to be open for both lunch and dinner times during your visit dates! So, if that is a dining experience on which you have your heart set, I'd suggest searching directly on this restaurant's page for dining availability. You might also consider booking a
Fantasmic! Dining Package which includes a delicious 4-course lunch or dinner meal and access to a reserved viewing area for a Fantasmic! showtime.
I understand you previously mentioned having some trouble locating available dining reservations at Blue Bayou Restaurant but this is one of the select dining locations that does offer same-day dining availability via the
Mobile Dine Walk-Up feature within the
Disneyland mobile app. So, if you'd like to utilize this option as a contingency plan for your visit, you might be successful in finding a same-day dining reservation this way!
Finally, I'd encourage you to continue looking for dining reservations as your visit approaches. I find that availability can change frequently, and you never know when the perfect reservation might pop up!
