are tips expected for horseback riding

    Howdy Andrea,

It sounds to me like you have a mighty fine day planned with a visit to Tri-Circle-D Ranch for a trail ride. I tip my hat to you!

When it comes to gratuities at Walt Disney World Resort, I have found that they never feel expected but are always welcome. That's why I like to travel with plenty of cash in small bills. Then, whenever I feel like a Cast Member has been particularly helpful or did something for me that I probably could have handled myself, I like to tip pretty generously. It adds a whole new layer of fun to an already magical vacation! So, for this experience, I would personally tip the friendly and wise equestrians at the Ranch for giving my family and me a wonderful day out on the trails.

Did you know that there are several other outdoor activities to enjoy at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort? You could rent a canoe, book a fishing excursion, enjoy a Segway tour, check out Chip'N'Dales Campfire Sing-A-Long, rent a bicycle, and more! Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground has so much to experience! It's definitely a gem.

I hope that was helpful, Andrea! Come on back and visit us at planDisney with any other questions. We are here for you.

    Adventure is out there,
