Any tips on how to get character dining with princesses if they are already booked? Do I keep checking everyday or can I get on a waiting list?

Hey, Brent! Don't fret just yet! I am so sorry you have not been able to snag a spot to dine with the lovely Disney Princesses. However, please know that Guests change their plans often. While there are no waiting lists for tiny-princesses-in-waiting, you are welcome to keep checking back for an opening. You may just be pleasantly surprised what you can find!

I do have a helpful tip for you. Keep an eye occasionally on the Advance Dining Reservation page or on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Start checking in earnest in the final week leading up to your vacation, especially the last 24-48 hours. Around a week before an Advance Dining Reservation, reminder emails are sent out to Guests with upcoming plans. Some Guests receive this reminder and maybe they forgot about the reservation, they changed their plans, or maybe they decided that they booked too many dining locations. This could lead to a very magical moment for you! I am often pleased to find excellent character dining opportunities on short notice. While everyone loves to find a spot at Cinderella's Royal Table, also keep an eye out for an opportunity at another royal dining locations, such as Akershus Royal Banquet Hall and 1900 Park Fare.

Sending tons of pixie dust your way for a magical ending to this fairy tale! Please stop by again if we can help you plan any part of your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
