What might be a customary/reasonable tip for room service onboard?

Welcome aboard, Victoria! You must have an exciting cruise with Disney coming up! You're in for such a magical experience onboard with your family!

One of the wonderful things about sailing with Disney Cruise Line is that room service is complimentary! You'll find a menu including those selections in your stateroom, so feel free to order 24 hours a day. The Cast Member that delivers your food is traditionally tipped. My family usually tips a dollar per item that we order. You might consider bringing some one's to keep in your stateroom just to have on hand for tipping if you think you'll be ordering often from room service.

A special tradition that my family has is to order milk and cookies before bed. It's always a great way to wrap up what has been a special day onboard and at port. The kids love to snack on those while they get their pajamas on and reminisce about the fun they had that day. We tip three or four dollars for that, just to give you an idea. However, of course, tipping is at your own discretion.

Have fun as you continue to plan your cruise, Victoria! Let me know how else I can help before you set sail!
