I myself got engaged at Disneyland Park many years ago and it was one of the most magical nights of my life. If the characters and Cast Members realize your intention, I know they'll do everything in their power to make it as magical as possible for you!
Tinker Bell typically appears in Pixie Hollow on the outskirts of Fantasyland, across from Matterhorn Mountain. You can easily check character times and appearance locations in the
Disneyland Mobile App. From the map screen, pull down the top menu and select Characters. Then select Show List at the top right and scroll down until you see Tinker Bell. There's no way to guarantee that she'll be there on a certain day, so you might have to do some thinking on your feet. Be ready to improvise if you need!
As I said before, Cast Members will fully support you once they know your intentions. You just need to let them know secretly! One idea would be to carry several notes that you could pass out to Cast Members or characters letting them know your plans. A simple message like "Please help me propose" or something like that would work. There'll usually be a Cast Member managing the queue for Tinker Bell who should be able to help you. Another idea would be to slip away from your partner (tell them you need a restroom break) and make your way to Pixie Hollow and pre-arrange everything ahead of time. Keep in mind that you'll need to get through security and a bag search without your partner seeing the engagement ring or notes to Cast Members. I'm so excited for you!

Disney PhotoPass capture your special moment! If a photographer isn't available, hand off your camera or phone to a Cast Member and they'll be sure to record it for you. If you want to pull out all the stops, Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons does offer an
Engagement Package to make your day extra magical. Your visit is coming up quickly, though, so I imagine you already have all the details arranged in your mind.
After you've popped the question, grab some complimentary "Happily Ever After" or "I'm Celebrating" buttons so that others can share in your joy! It's really heartwarming to see Cast Members and Guests congratulating a happy couple or wishing a stranger "Happy Birthday!"
