    What time of year or how often does DISNEY WORLD offer the free dining plan with vacation packages.My grandson just turned two and loves Mickey Mouse.

    Hi Larry!
    Throughout the year, Disney World offers various promotions which run the gamut from room discounts to the coveted free dining.  Historically, they have offered free dining to guests who are traveling to the theme parks during the less crowded times of year, usually late August/September, January and the early weeks of October/December.  This year, they have released FD for August 25-September 29th.  There is no way of knowing if they will extend this offer, either publicly or privately (via email).  I suggest you stay tuned to the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website for further promotions.
