1st time trip 2 DW & the gparents want 2 come along -- do they have adjoining rooms in the Art of Animation? Also w/reg dining plan you get 2 meals a day -- what do you/families do about breakfast for little ones?

Hi, Tonya!  There are some connecting rooms available at the Art of Animation resort.  There is no guarantee that you can get those types of rooms, but you can absolutely put in a request.  They do their best to accommodate requests when they can.

There are many different things families do to add a third meal to a day with the two meals per day dining plan.  Many families opt to keep some breakfast things in their rooms.  If you are staying in a family suite, you'll have a small refrigerator and microwave, so you can do some type of breakfast in your room.  You also have a snack option to play with each day, and many guests opt to use their snack credits to replace a third meal.  You can use the snack credits to pick up a fresh fruit bowl, pastries, yogurt, and other breakfast type items.

I have also met families who order something healthier for dessert with dinner the night before, have it boxed to go, and use that for breakfast.  You might also do a big lunch a little early, and use granola bars to tide the kids over until 11:30.

I hope this helps with your planning!
