    What time do the theme park parking lots usually open in the morning? The plan is park at EPCOT, transportation to Kona Café for breakfast at 9:30 am, and back.

    Hi Tracy,

    Kona Café is a delicious way to spend the morning dining at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort! The tonga toast is a favorite at this restaurant! I would order Loco-Moco is it is my favorite dish for breakfast!

    The parking lot at Epcot will open one hour prior to the park opening. The monorail will begin running at that time as well.

    You will be able to park at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for breakfast and then move your car to the Epcot lot if this makes it easier in the morning.
