Hello! What time would you suggest making a breakfast ADR (either at O'hana or 1900) if we would like to watch the opening show at MK? Any suggestions to get the best view of the opening show? This will be our first time seeing it! Thank you!

    Jessica,

So let's assume that park opening is at 9 am. That means you really want to be in place at least by 8:45 am. Since the monorail over should take about 15-20 minutes, you want to be done with breakfast no later than 8:15 am.

Now both breakfasts do take some time, since you are there for the character experience as well. While I would like to say you could be done in 30 minutes, you really should look at more of an hour experience. This will also help to accommodate for any delays in getting your table, the chance that the characters take longer than expected, and you might get to enjoy the meal a bit too.

Most will tell you that a 7:00 am to 7:15 am reservation is too early. But if you can afford to wake up early enough for that time, you won't feel rushed and can enjoy all the experience.

As for location, just get close to the central railing section. The view is to the middle and above, so you just want to be sure that the entry kiosk awnings are not blocking your view.

Write me back if you have any follow-up questions!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
