What time does the skyliner start running from Art of animation?? What is the bus times from Art of Animation to Hollywood Studio in a.m.

Hey there, Donita!  Welcome to planDisney!

How exciting that you'll be arriving at Disney's Art of Animation Resort soon!  You'll be there just in time to enjoy some of the delicious limited-time St. Patrick's Day treats!  You can even use Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering to snag yourself a Luck of the Green cupcake from Landscape of Flavors.  I like to place my snack order while I'm headed back to my resort on the Disney Skyliner, and pick it up on my way back to my room.

The Disney Skyliner is my favorite way to travel around Walt Disney World Resort.  The Skyliner makes it so quick and easy to travel to Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.  Disney Skyliner hours fluctuate with theme park operating hours, so be sure to check with the front desk at your resort hotel, or check the sandwich board near the Skyliner Station for current operating hours.  Usually, the Skyliner begins running about 90 minutes prior to the scheduled theme park opening time, and continues to transport Guests up to 90 minutes after theme park closing.

During busier times of the year, bus service from Disney's Art of Animation Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios will also be available.  Officially buses begin running approximately 45 minutes prior to theme park opening time, but in my experience, the first bus will usually be a little earlier than that, about 60-75 minutes prior to opening.  Buses arrive approximately every 20 minutes throughout the day, usually more frequently in the morning and at park closing time.  My personal preference would be to travel by Disney Skyliner - it is usually much faster than a bus, and it is super fun!

As a Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guest, you'll be eligible for early theme park entry.  This is a great way to get a jump on your day and experience one or two "must-do" attractions before the park opens to all Guests.

I hope that helps!  Please stop by planDisney again with any additional questions you may have.  Enjoy your stay!
