    Hi Lynne!

Congrats on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World!

I can understand your concern about the food being fresh at the late hour, but I can assure you that at Walt Disney World, the food is just as fresh, hot and delicious at 9:45 p.m. as it is when they first open. The chefs are working constantly, from opening until closing time, cooking fresh food for guests. We also ate at 'Ohana late one night because we wanted to see the fireworks from The Polynesian, and the food came fresh and piping hot from the chef's, which we could actually see preparing the food at the open cooking station. We were bowled over with the hot, fresh bread, delicious meats and yummy dessert. It was the best meal I've ever had at Walt Disney World, and that is saying a lot because I've eaten just about everywhere throughout the world!

I suggest that you actually go outside of The Polynesian to view Wishes, as you can't see it from your table. Since your ADR is at 9:45, I suggest showing up a bit early in hopes of being seated early or right at 9:45. Place your order for drinks and then tell your server that you will be going downstairs to the beach to watch the fireworks and would like to request that your food isn't delivered until after the Wishes show.

They will be happy to accommodate your request.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
