What time is the parade during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party? I have reservations for dinner at 6:25 at Tony's Town Square Restaurant and I don't want to miss the parade! Should I change my time? Thanks again!

    Hi, Carrie!

You are guaranteed to have a spooktacular time at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! This special seasonal event is my absolute favorite and a must-do experience for my family every time we visit. We like to have an early dinner in Magic Kingdom on the day we're attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party . Tony's Town Square is a great table-service dining location themed to the 1955 Disney film Lady and the Tramp, but I would definitely recommend that you push back your reservation to 5:15 or 5:30 PM at the latest.

Mickey's Boo-to-You Parade actually runs twice during the party, at 8:15 and 10:30 PM. The later parade is typically far less crowded, but if you're traveling with young grandchildren, this would likely be too late for them to really enjoy so the better choice may be the earlier parade at 8:15. You'll want to stake out a viewing spot for the parade well in advance, 30-45 minutes prior to the start. I personally like to watch the parade from a position along the street in Frontierland. It's always a thrill to hear the initial pounding of hooves and then moments later see the dark figure of the Headless Horseman emerge astride his black steed as they come hurrying down the path!

Wishing you a hauntingly good time at the Halloween Party! Be sure not to miss Happy HalloWishes fireworks at 9:30 PM between the two parade times. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you as you continue planning your trip.
