Hiya Miranda,
It is great to see you back at planDisney. It won't be long now until you are on your way to
The World's Most Magical Celebration. You will not only be able to enjoy all the magic and festivities surrounding the 50th anniversary, but the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will still be in full swing. This culinary extravaganza offers Guests the opportunity to sip and munch on beverage and food options from six continents. You and your taste buds will have a fantastic time!
I like the way you think! My family loves both rope drop and early morning
advance dining reservations. One of the great things about an early morning reservation, is the opportunity to enjoy Main Street U.S.A. and snap a few family photos in front of Cinderella Castle before the theme park opens to Guests. Great news - whether you are headed to Magic Kingdom to fill the "rumbly in your tummy" or to get on that first run of
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, you will have no problem utilizing
Disney Transportation from your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel to Magic Kingdom. While the monorail operating hours do tend to vary, at a minimum
the monorail operates 30 minutes prior to the earliest park opening time until one hour after the latest park closing time. We have found the wait time between monorails to be minimal (about every 5-10 minutes one seems to arrive). If you have any questions about transportation options and times once you arrive, the Cast Members at your resort will be able to assist.
Hope this helps get you on your way bright and early. If you have any additional planning questions, please
stop back and see me.
With pixie dust,
Margaret
