Mom and daughter on Expedition Everest; Animal Kingdom

    We have an 8:30 time for horse riding. Staying at the POP and have to take a taxi to the Tri Circle Ranch. How often do the internal buses run to the transportation bus to Animal Kingdom? Will we make it there by 10:25 for character breakfast? Thankyou

    Hi Judith! What a great day you're planning! The internal buses run continuously, and I've never waited for more than 10 minutes maximum for one. The bus ride from Fort Wilderness to the Animal Kingdom takes about 20 minutes. You'll also need time to get through security and into the park, and then it's about a 10 minute walk to the Tusker House restaurant. I would leave no later than 50 minutes prior to your reservation. A taxi from Fort Wilderness to the Animal Kingdom is another option if you're feeling too rushed.
