If you need any help from home, you can feel free to
give Disney a call. You can typically reach a Cast Member from 7:00 AM EST to 11:00 PM EST. Cast Members will be available to help with any issue you may be having.
If you are experiencing any issues during your stay, you can either visit the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel or you can find the
Guest Experience Team Cast Members in the parks. They can help navigate you through any technological issues, give you tips and recommendations for your day as well as any other park-specific information you may need.
