    What is the time frame necessary to cancel a dining reservation?

    Hi, Christine!

    Dining at the Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite things to do when I vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth! There are so many wonderful options at all different price points that it makes it tough to decide where to dine when my family visits. We typically like to experience one Quick Service meal and one Table Service meal each day so we have time to refuel and enjoy some downtime between all the magical fun!

    Sometimes we do change our original plan and need to cancel or change a dining reservation. Since a credit card is serving as placeholder, most dining reservations need to be cancelled by 11:59 p.m. EST the day prior to your arrival, but you'll want to check your dining confirmation email for each specific dining location's cancellation policy. You can cancel a dining reservation online or by calling (407) 939-3463 Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
