Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, William. We love answering your vacation questions and are so glad that you brought them here to us!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is tons of fun and my family and I had a blast attending for the first time last year. Seeing Characters and people throughout the park in costumes, the amazing decorations, trick-or-treating on the way to the rides and shows, spooky additions to some of the popular attractions, and the fabulously family-friendly frights of the Boo-to-You Halloween Parade; it is truly an extra magical way to experience
Magic Kingdom Park.
In my experience, if you have
tickets to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you may enter
Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4 p.m., though the party does not start until 7 p.m. My family chose to attend the party on our arrival day, not using our regular park tickets to attend a park earlier in the day. We arrived in
Walt Disney World late morning, settled into our resort, ate a late lunch, and then made our way to Magic Kingdom Park for the party. It is truly a personal preference if you want to use your regular park tickets to visit a park before the party starts. For us, we saved our park tickets for when we could use them for full days. If you decide to save your regular park tickets for the days you will not be attending Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party, you could enjoy the earlier part of your day visiting
Disney Springs or lounging by your resort pool. No matter what you decide, it is sure to be an incredible vacation!
I hope that you have an absolutely amazing time in The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by any time we can help answer more of your vacation questions.
