What time do Disneyland dining reservations open up in advance? I want to make sure I don’t miss out and so want to make sure to be ready in time.

Hiya, Lillie! Welcome to planDisney, thank you for reaching out with your question today, you've got a friend in me!

I am so happy you asked about dining reservations! This part of planning a visit to Disneyland Resort is always at the top of my list, I love trying out new food items, and new restaurants. Lillie, you can begin making advanced dining reservations 60 days in advance at select restaurants. As far as what time, my panelist pal, Julie mentioned that dining reservations open at 3 AM PST, since you are in central standard time, that would be 5 AM for you, Lillie! I would opt for the hard-to-get dining options first, like character meals, any dining packages such as Fantasmic!, and signature dining, followed by anything else.

Now, let's talk about recommendations! Lillie, if you want a character breakfast (which is always on my list!) check out Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel, or if you have Princesses in your travel party, opt for the Disney Princess Breakfast Adventure at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. One of my favorite breakfast spots is Carnation Cafe, on Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland Park. Did you know you can also pre-order meals on your My Disneyland app using Mobile Order? This is perfect when you are in line at Haunted Mansion and want to pick up some Mickey-Shaped beignets at Mint Julep afterward!

Lillie, I hope all of this information helps you today! Have the most magical visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
