What time is "dinner" at WDW? I'm doing reservations for our 12/21/12 trip with DDP and we have reservations at Le Cellier @ 3:45pm. It's booked for our "lunch meal" despite the hour, but I didn't know what menu we'd get

Hi, Erin!  There's a little bit of waffle room as to when dinner begins, depending on the restaurant, but you can expect most Walt Disney World restaurants to begin serving dinner at 4 PM.  Some of the restaurants that close for lunch open at 5 PM to begin dinner service.

Le Cellier switches over to the dinner menu at 4 PM.  You may be able to request the dinner menu if you are there for a reservation at 3:45.  I've dined in the 3:45 time slot with a friend who wanted the ribeye steak, which is only available at dinner.  They were kindly able to offer him the larger steak from the dinner menu.

I hope you enjoy a wonderful visit to EPCOT!
