What time does the dining reservations window open?

    Hi Yvette!

Thanks for bringing this question to planDisney!

Your Advanced Dining Reservation booking window will open at 6 AM Eastern. If you’re staying at a Disney World resort, your booking window will open 60 days prior to your resort check-in date. At that time, you’ll be able to book dining for your entire length of stay (up to 10 nights). If you’re staying off-property, your booking window will open 60 days prior to the specific date you’d like the reservation for.

To make sure I don’t accidentally miss the date, I like to use a date calculator online to find the specific date of my booking window and add it to my calendar as a reminder.

If you have your heart set on a popular restaurant, I highly recommend booking as soon as your booking window opens to give yourself the best chance at snagging the reservation. If you don’t happen to get it, I always like checking back here and there leading up to my trip, but especially in the last few days before our trip and even on the date I want the reservation.

At most restaurants, guests can cancel their dining reservations up to two hours prior to the reservation, so there’s always a chance of finding last-minute availability.

I hope that helps! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip, feel free to come back and visit us.
