Hi Anne, thanks for asking your question! I don't know about you, but dining reservations are one of my favorite parts of planning any Walt Disney World vacation my family and I take! Reading about all the upcoming and current food options at the theme parks (especially Disney's EPCOT Park!) is so fun!
You are correct,
Advanced Dining Reservations can be made starting 60 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. You can begin checking your My Disney Experience App that morning around 7 AM EST, and begin making reservations. I also recommend calling a Cast Member at the same time, as a backup in case you cannot find the reservation that you are looking for. It has helped us snag last minute reservations to popular restaurants like Be Our Guest Restaurant!
My favorite part of Disney's EPCOT Park is the plethora of dining options available! If you leave the park hungry, that means you didn't look hard enough! The World Showcase is my favorite park of the park, all the different cultures represented truly make you feel like you are traveling the world....in 1 day! Some of my favorite dining spots include
Garden Grill Restaurant and
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria for an individual Margherita pizza and a refreshing chocolate gelato.
Some of my favorite quick service options are also located within the World Showcase! Not wanting a table service option? You can use
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering for a quick pick me up, while in line for a ride, or perusing through the many gift shops! Some of my favorites include the barbacoa tacos and mango frozen margarita from
La Cantina de San Angel (this Texan gives this place 2 thumbs up!) or a delicious croissant or fraises tart from
Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie paired with a delicious mimosa or my favorite, the Frosé! Whatever you choose will be delicious and filling!
I hope I have answered your questions today, Anne! Enjoy your stay at The Most Magical Place on Earth! Happy Planning!
Frances
